Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art—it's a direct path to resilience, confidence, and control.
At Frame Strong, we teach practical self-defense techniques that empower anyone, regardless of size or strength, making it an essential tool for military, law enforcement, and first responders in unpredictable situations.
This event is your opportunity to sharpen your skills, learn life-saving techniques in a safe environment, and connect with fellow service members who understand the challenges you face.
Join us to build a stronger mind, a stronger body, and a stronger community.
Please get here early. Rolling space on the mat is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
We want everyone to get a chance to train!
Even if you're running a bit late, still come by. Thanks to Black Rifle Coffee, we'll have plenty of hot coffee waiting for you.
This is a Brazilian jiu jitsu event.
Please bring your gi or no gi attire.
If you’re training for the first time, please dress in comfortable athletic attire (t-shirt, shorts, workout pants, etc.).
For safety and hygiene, we will not have shoes or socks on the mat.
Please be prepared to train barefoot.
Train in a Gi or No Gi. Each method of training presents new challenges to overcome and new attack/defensive strategies. Learn how to problem solve and overcome difficult situations under pressure. Become comfortable in the uncomfortable.
