Liability Waiver

I understand that I am participating in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and kettlebells training program with Mike Cassesa and Frame Strong AZ. I am aware that BJJ and kettlebells are both physically demanding activities that carry the risk of injury. I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Mike Cassesa and Frame Strong AZ, their agents, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to my participation in this training program, including but not limited to any injuries that I may sustain.

I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during this training program. I agree to follow all instructions given by trainers and to use proper safety equipment at all times. I also agree to inform Frame Strong AZ of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect my participation in this training program.

This waiver is effective immediately and will remain in effect until it is terminated by either party in writing. I understand that I may terminate this waiver at any time by providing written notice to Frame Stong AZ. Frame Strong AZ may terminate this waiver at any time if they believe that I am not able to safely participate in this training program.

I have read this waiver carefully and I understand its terms. I agree to be bound by its terms.

WEEKLY SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR

Monthly Workshops are a fantastic introduction; however, mastery and confidence are built through consistent training and rigorous practice.

STEP 1

Techniques

Women Strong is a self-defense program designed to teach women effective techniques for defending against a variety of attacks. The program covers a range of realistic scenarios, including strikes, grabs, hair pulls, chokes, and being dragged to a car or pinned to the ground.

The techniques are based on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and are designed to be efficient and easy to learn.

STEP 2

Strategies

Women Strong is a self-defense program that teaches women specific strategies of how to avoid and escape dangerous situations. The program covers a wide range of strategies, including predator psychology, early danger signals, boundary setting, and physical self-defense.

The goal of the program is to empower women to take control of their own safety.

STEP 3

Instincts

The instincts you'll acquire through the course of 1,000's of kicks, elbows, knees, and blocks; and by turning core skills into muscle memory will be available upon demand...even in real life scenarios.

Your training will have you prepared for the real deal if and when it ever happens. Your regular practice and scenarios will help you stay calm in chaos, and tap into your instincts.
